The software

Castmorphic Wave is free software published under the GPL-3.0 licence. That licence, not this page, sets out what you may do with the software: you may use it for anything, study it, change it and pass it on, provided you keep it under the same licence.

The licence also states that the software comes with no warranty. We have tested it and we use it ourselves, but it is offered as it is.

What you make with it

The videos you create are yours. We claim nothing in them and never see them. Making sure you have the right to use the pictures and audio you feed into it is down to you.

This website

The site is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the software or the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
