This page covers the website at wave.castmorphic.com and the Castmorphic Wave application. Both are run by Lightmorphic Ltd.

What the website collects

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The site is a set of static files with no database behind it and no form to fill in.

The site is hosted on Buildmorphic, which Lightmorphic runs. Like any web server, it records the requests it serves, which includes your IP address, in its ordinary logs.

The app launcher in the top menu is served from apps.lightmorphic.com, which is our own server. Loading it means that server sees your IP address in its ordinary logs. It sets no cookies and reports nothing about you.

What the app collects

Nothing at all. Castmorphic Wave runs entirely on your own computer. Your images, your audio and the videos you make never leave it. There is no account, no licence check and no usage reporting.

The app asks GitHub whether a newer release exists. That request tells GitHub your IP address and nothing else about you. It happens whether or not an update is available, and you can stop it by not running the app.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to request, correct or erase. If you believe we hold something, ask and we will look.
